• Store connection data — API credentials and store URLs you provide so DroFX can import and sync products, stock and prices on your behalf.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use the information solely to operate the DroFX service: to sync product feeds between suppliers and your store, to provide support, and to communicate important updates. We never sell your data.

Data Sharing

We only share data with the third-party platforms you explicitly connect (for example your Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix or marketplace account, and the supplier APIs you enable). We may use trusted infrastructure providers to host the service under confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and apply industry-standard measures to protect it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
