How to import supplier products into WooCommerce with a CSV
- Open the category you want to sell on the supplier's site — for example DHgate smart watches, Sports Direct trainers or iHerb vitamins — and copy the link from the address bar.
- Paste it into the form above and click Export products. The tool reads every page of the category.
- Download the WooCommerce import CSV.
- In WordPress go to Products → All Products → Import (the built-in WooCommerce product importer), upload the file and run the import. The column mapping is detected automatically.
- Set your own prices before you publish: the file contains the supplier's retail prices.
What is in the WooCommerce file
The file follows the WooCommerce product CSV schema. Products with sizes, colours or other options become variable products with one variation row per option combination, linked to the parent by SKU; products without options are simple. Each row carries the SKU, name, description, regular and sale price, stock status, categories, tags, brand, up to four attributes and all image URLs — WooCommerce downloads the images into your media library during the import.
How complete the data is depends on the supplier: stores that run on Shopify or WooCommerce themselves (like Decathlon) give per-variation SKUs, barcodes and images; for other suppliers the tool reads each product page and fills everything the page shows.
