How to import supplier products into Shopify with a CSV
- Open the category you want to sell on the supplier's site — for example FragranceX perfumes, Decathlon footwear or IKEA bookcases — and copy the link from the address bar.
- Paste it into the form above and click Export products. The tool reads every page of the category.
- Download the Shopify import CSV.
- In Shopify admin go to Products → Import, upload the file and confirm. Products are created with their variants, prices, compare-at prices, SKUs, barcodes and images.
- Set your own prices before you publish: the file contains the supplier's retail prices.
What is in the Shopify file
The file follows Shopify's product CSV format: one row per variant, extra images as extra rows of the same product. It fills Handle, Title, Body (HTML) with the description, Vendor with the brand, Type from the supplier's category, up to three options (size, colour, material…), Variant SKU, Variant Price and Compare At Price for sale items, Variant Barcode, weight and all images. Products are imported as active; Shopify lets you switch them to draft in bulk if you want to review them first.
How complete the data is depends on the supplier: stores that run on Shopify themselves (like Decathlon) give barcodes, weights and every variant image; for other suppliers the tool reads each product page and fills everything the page shows.
